Terms of Use

Last updated: July 31, 2026 · Maintained by Smith Jones, Performance Media Analyst

These terms govern your use of this website. They set out what our content is and is not, how our commercial links work, the limits of what a documentation-based verification process can promise, and the rules for reusing our material. Reading them takes a few minutes and clarifies what you can rely on here.

Acceptance

By using this site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site. We may revise these terms as the site changes; the version in force is the one published here with the date shown at the top of this page, and material revisions will be described rather than swapped in silently.

What this site is

Dating Ads Traffic publishes research about advertising networks and platform advertising policy for the dating vertical, currently centred on our page about dating ads traffic. Our content is informational and general. It is written for media buyers and affiliates as background for their own decisions, and it does not take account of your jurisdiction, contracts, business structure or risk position.

Nothing here is legal, financial, tax or investment advice, and nothing here creates a professional relationship between us and you. Decisions with legal or financial consequences — including whether a specific offer may lawfully be advertised in a specific market — need advice from someone qualified in your jurisdiction who can see your actual situation.

Commercial relationships

Some outbound links on this site are commercial, meaning we may receive compensation when a reader signs up with a company through them. This is how the research is funded, and we would rather state it plainly than bury it.

Three limits apply to those relationships and we hold to them. A commercial arrangement never changes a factual figure, a policy rule, an accepted-vertical status or a drawback we name about a company. We do not publish scored rankings of advertising networks, so there is no ranking position available to buy. And where a commercially linked company appears in a comparison table, any highlighting marks the relationship rather than asserting that the company is better than the others in the table. The editorial boundary is described in full in our editorial policy.

Companies we link to are independent third parties. We are not their agent, we do not act on their behalf, and we have no control over their pricing, moderation decisions, payout behaviour or terms. Your relationship with any of them is governed by their agreement with you, not by anything on this site.

Accuracy and its limits

We verify figures against each company's own documentation and date every page accordingly, using the process described in how we check data. That process establishes what a company published on the date we checked. It cannot guarantee that the figure is still current when you read it, because companies change deposit thresholds, accepted verticals and policy rules without notice and often without a changelog.

Content is therefore provided on an as-is basis. Before committing a budget, check the current figure at the source we cite. If you find a discrepancy, telling us is genuinely useful and the route is on the contact page.

Document verification also has a boundary worth naming: it tells you what a company states, not how it behaves. We can confirm a published minimum deposit or an accepted vertical; we cannot confirm from a document how a moderator will treat a borderline creative or how quickly a payout will actually arrive. Where those questions matter, our pages say that the answer requires operational testing rather than implying our research covers it.

Intellectual property

The text, tables, structure, design and original graphics on this site belong to us. You may read, print and share pages for your own use, and you may quote short extracts with attribution and a link to the page quoted.

You may not republish substantial portions, reproduce our comparison tables, or use our content to train a commercial model or populate another site without written permission. If you want to reuse something at scale, write to [email protected] — the answer is often yes with attribution. Third-party names and marks referenced here belong to their owners and are used to identify the companies discussed.

Acceptable use

No interference with the service
Do not attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site or its infrastructure, probe it for vulnerabilities, or take any action that imposes an unreasonable load. Automated scraping at a rate that degrades the site for other readers falls under this and may be blocked.
No misrepresentation
Do not present our content as your own, alter figures and attribute them to us, or use our name to imply we endorse a product or company. We do not endorse the companies we cover, and stating otherwise misleads people who rely on our independence.
No unlawful use
Do not use this site or its content in furtherance of anything unlawful in your jurisdiction. Advertising rules for the dating category vary sharply by market, and compliance with the law where you operate is your responsibility, not ours.

Third-party sites

Links to external sites are provided because the destination is the primary source for a figure or because a company is relevant to the topic. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, security or privacy practices of any external site, and a link does not imply endorsement. Once you leave this site, that site's terms and privacy policy govern your visit.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of this site or reliance on its content, including lost advertising spend, lost revenue, rejected campaigns, closed accounts or business interruption. This limitation applies whether the claim is framed in contract, tort or otherwise.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions, in which case those exclusions apply only to the extent permitted where you are.

Severability and governing law

If any provision of these terms is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in force and the unenforceable provision is applied to the greatest extent the law allows. These terms are governed by the law of the jurisdiction in which the site operator is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

Contact

Questions about these terms go to [email protected]. Privacy questions are handled separately under our privacy policy, and enquiries about who runs the site and how it is funded are answered on the about page.
