Who is responsible

Dating Ads Traffic operates this website and determines the purposes and means of any processing described below. Who receives data

Analytics provider: Aggregate usage data is processed by our analytics provider under a data processing agreement. Data is aggregated and is not sold or shared for advertising purposes.
Email provider: Messages you send are stored with our email provider, which processes them solely to deliver and store correspondence.
Nobody else: We do not sell personal information, we do not share it with data brokers, and we do not disclose it to advertisers. The only other circumstance in which we would disclose data is a valid legal order, and we would narrow the scope of any such request as far as the law allows.

International transfers

Some processors may store or process data outside your country, including in the United States. Where personal data of individuals in the EEA or UK is transferred, it is covered by Standard Contractual Clauses or an equivalent approved mechanism. Retention

Server logs are retained for 14 days and then deleted, with IP addresses truncated before that point. Analytics data is retained in aggregate for 13 months. Correspondence is retained for 24 months, or longer where it forms part of a correction record we may need to reference.

Your rights

Access and portability: You can ask what data we hold about you and receive a copy in a machine-readable format. Given how little we store, this is usually correspondence and nothing else.
Rectification and erasure: You can ask us to correct inaccurate data or delete data we hold. We will comply unless we are legally required to retain something, in which case we will tell you what and why.
Objection and restriction: You can object to processing based on legitimate interest, or ask us to restrict processing while a dispute is resolved. Objections to analytics are honoured by withdrawing cookie consent, which takes effect immediately.
Withdrawal of consent: Where processing relies on consent, you can withdraw it at any time through your browser cookie settings. Withdrawal does not affect processing that already took place lawfully.
US state privacy rights: Residents of California and other states with comparable laws have rights to know, delete, correct and opt out of sale or sharing. We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined, so there is no sale to opt out of, but the other rights are available through the same address.
Complaints: If you are unhappy with how we handled a request, you can complain to your local data protection authority. We would rather resolve it directly first, so please raise it with us before escalating.

Security

The site is served over HTTPS with TLS, so traffic between your browser and our server is encrypted in transit. Access to the mailbox and hosting account is restricted to the site operator and protected by multi-factor authentication. We hold no payment data and no credentials, which limits the consequences of any compromise.

No system is completely secure. If we become aware of a breach affecting personal data, we will notify the relevant supervisory authority within 72 hours where required, and affected individuals without undue delay where the risk to them is high.
