Corrections are the most valuable message we receive, because the figures we publish change without notice and readers often notice before we do. Below are the addresses for each type of enquiry, the response times you can expect, and an honest list of the things we are unable to help with. Choosing the right address genuinely speeds up the reply.

Who to write to

Corrections and general enquiries

[email protected]

Wrong or outdated figures, broken links, questions about something we published. Include the page URL and the specific figure — and the source that contradicts us, if you have one. That turns a three-day exchange into a same-day fix.

Editorial and press

[email protected]

Requests to quote our research, interview requests, and questions about our methodology or sourcing. Journalists and researchers can request the source list behind any published figure, including the read dates. We do not accept guest posts or sponsored articles.

Partnerships

[email protected]

Proposals from ad networks, platforms and agencies. Read this first: a commercial relationship does not change a deposit figure, an accepted-vertical column or a drawback we name, and we decline arrangements offered on that condition. Our editorial policy sets out where the line sits.

Privacy and data

[email protected]

Access, deletion, correction and opt-out requests, and any question about what we store. We respond to statutory requests within 30 days and usually much faster, since the volume of data we hold is small. Details are in the privacy policy.

Response times

Messages are read by the person who wrote the page in question — currently Smith Jones, who verifies every figure published here. Corrections are acknowledged within two business days, and we tell you whether we are treating the message as a confirmed error, a disagreement over interpretation, or something we cannot act on. Silence is not an outcome we consider acceptable, so you get an answer either way.

General, editorial and partnership enquiries are answered within three to five business days. Privacy requests are handled within 30 days as required by law, and in practice within a week. We work Monday to Friday; messages arriving over a weekend start their clock on Monday.

What we cannot help with

Anything to do with your advertiser or publisher account
We are not an ad network and we have no access to any network's systems. We cannot check a balance, release a held payout, unblock an account, appeal a rejected campaign or see why a creative failed moderation. Those requests have to go to the network's own support team, which every network in our comparisons operates directly.
Disputes with a network or platform
We have no standing to intervene in a commercial dispute and no leverage to resolve one. If a network has withheld a payment or closed an account, your routes are its own support and complaints process, the payment provider involved, and where relevant the jurisdiction the company operates in. We cannot arbitrate and cannot pressure a company on your behalf.
Getting your campaign approved
We document what Google, Meta and TikTok publish about the dating category, including certification requirements and blocked markets. We cannot influence a certification decision, expedite a review or advise you around a policy. Where a rule blocks a specific offer type, that is the platform's decision to make and appeal to.
Individualised legal, financial or tax advice
Our content is general research about advertising products and platform policy. It is not legal or financial advice and does not account for your jurisdiction, business structure or contracts. For decisions with legal or tax consequences, take advice from a professional qualified in your jurisdiction, as set out in our terms.

Before you write about a figure

If you are contacting us because a number on our dating ads traffic page does not match what you see in your account, check the verification date on the page first. We date every page precisely so this comparison is possible, and networks change deposit thresholds and payment-method conditions without announcement. A mismatch against a six-month-old verification date is expected; a mismatch against a recent one is a correction we want.

It also helps to say which payment method you were using. Most deposit minimums are conditional on method — cards, e-wallets, crypto and wire frequently carry different thresholds at the same network — and a large share of reported mismatches turn out to be a different condition rather than a wrong figure. Our full method is documented in how we check data.
